These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the WarriorBabe Health website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by WarriorBabe Health, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“WarriorBabe Health,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; the Effective Date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
1. Eligibility & Geographic Availability
- You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Services are available in select U.S. states and may vary by location. You must be physically located in an eligible state at the time of a telehealth visit or prescription decision.
- You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and kept current.
2. Our Role; Independent Providers & Pharmacies
Technology Platform. WarriorBabe Health is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent medical providers and independent pharmacies. We are not a medical provider or pharmacy and do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or dispense medications.
Medical Providers. Clinical services are provided by Beluga Health, a licensed telehealth medical group. Beluga’s licensed clinicians exercise independent professional judgment and are solely responsible for clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions.

Pharmacy Providers. Prescription fulfillment (if any) is provided by Chemistry Rx, a licensed U.S. specialty and compounding pharmacy. Chemistry Rx is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), and is licensed to dispense medications in all 50 U.S. states. Chemistry Rx is solely responsible for dispensing and shipping prescriptions.

No Control Over Care. We do not supervise, direct, or control the practice of medicine or pharmacy and are not responsible for the quality of clinical or pharmacy services.
3. Not Medical Advice; Emergencies
- Information on the Platform is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with questions about your health.
- The Platform is not for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
4. Accounts & Security
- You must create an account to use certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected breaches.
- You may not sell, share, assign, or transfer your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or abuse.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Access requires a paid subscription that auto-renews until cancelled.
- You authorize us (via Stripe or other processors) to charge your payment method for recurring fees and taxes.
- All sales are final. Charges are non-refundable and non-transferable, including if a prescription is not issued.
- You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination until resolved.
6. Insurance & Cash-Pay
Neither WarriorBabe Health, Beluga, nor Chemistry Rx accept insurance (including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or other government programs). Services are cash-pay only. You agree not to submit claims for reimbursement.
7. Clinical Services & Prescriptions
- Prescriptions may be issued only if, in Beluga’s independent judgment, they are appropriate and medically necessary. There is no guarantee that a prescription will be provided.
- If prescribed, medications are dispensed and shipped by Chemistry Rx or another licensed U.S. pharmacy.
- Medications may involve risks, including side effects or adverse reactions. You agree to follow provider instructions and medication guides.
8. Telehealth Consent
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to our Telehealth Informed Consent, which describes the nature, risks, benefits, alternatives, and limitations of telehealth. The Telehealth Informed Consent is incorporated by reference and available at: warriorbabehealth.com/telehealth-consent.
9. Privacy; Health Information
- You may provide personal and health-related information to use the Platform. We share this with Beluga and Chemistry Rx as necessary to facilitate care.
- WarriorBabe Health is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Beluga and Chemistry Rx may be HIPAA-covered entities and may provide their own Notices of Privacy Practices.
- Data collection, use, and disclosure practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse support staff, providers, or pharmacists
- Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or hacking
- Interfere with or exploit the Platform in violation of these Terms
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abusive conduct; violations may result in termination.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform (text, graphics, logos, software, designs) is owned by or licensed to WarriorBabe Health and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
12. Communications; SMS & E-SIGN Consent
- You consent to receive communications from WarriorBabe Health, Beluga, and Chemistry Rx, including emails, SMS/texts, calls, and in-app messages.
- You may opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP and marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link. Transactional and service-related messages are required. Standard message/data rates may apply.
- By using the Platform, you consent to electronic records and signatures (E-SIGN). Withdrawal may limit your ability to use the Platform.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Platform at your own risk.
14. Disclaimers
The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific medical outcomes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WarriorBabe Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
- Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Clinical liability rests with Beluga; pharmacy liability rests with Chemistry Rx.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WarriorBabe Health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Disputes; Arbitration; Class Waiver
- Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Arbitration will occur in Delaware, unless otherwise agreed. These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
- Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.
- Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect rights pending arbitration.
18. State Notices
Services may not be available in all states. State-specific disclosures may apply.
19. Changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. Updates to these Terms are effective upon posting.
20. Assignment; Severability; Entire Agreement
You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Telehealth Informed Consent constitute the entire agreement.
